Terms & Conditions

Criteria:
- Accounting VAs: To be eligible for the promotion, applicants must have accounting-related work experience. See Accounting VA Job Description for details. Additionally, they must be hired specifically as an Accounting Virtual Assistant.
- Applicants must provide valid supporting documents to substantiate claims.
Signing Bonus Structure:
- For those hired as Accounting VAs:
  - 5 years and up of accounting experience: P30,000.00
  - 3 to less than 5 years of accounting experience: P25,000.00
- For those hired as non-Accounting VAs: P10,000.00
Application and Training Period:
- Applications must be submitted between February 25, 2025, and April 31, 2025.
- Candidates must complete pre-employment requirements within 2 weeks from the date they are invited to training.

Submission of Claim Form

To validate your bonus, you must complete the Pathcutters Signing Bonus Claim Form.
No claim form, no validation.

Payout Schedule

The first 50% of the cash incentive will be included in your first payroll.
The remaining 50% of the cash incentive will be included in the payroll covering the pay period after you have completed your probationary period, provided you meet the conditions for continued employment and remain actively employed for at least 30 days thereafter.

Conditions for Forfeiture

Your signing bonus will be forfeited under any of the following circumstances:

If you are under disciplinary action resulting in termination.
If you are tagged as Absent Without Leave (AWOL) or No Call No Show (NCNS).
If you resign or are in the process of rendering your resignation, including within 30 days after completing your probationary period.
If the required 30-day notice period is waived or shortened by you, your client, or the company.
