Duties & Responsibilities

Social media management
Creating engaging written or graphic content
Performing back office processes
Performing general admin tasks
Keeping and organising documents
Data entry and database management
Performing basic research
Making and receiving calls – when applicable

Requirements & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Tech-savvy or has the ability to work with technology
Ability to follow clear processes consistently
Knowledge in Photoshop
Experience in Major Social Media Platforms
Experience in WordPress is a plus
Completed at least 2 years in college or equivalent experience
At least 1 year relevant working experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
