Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screening and evaluation of applicants to assess qualifications and suitability.
  • Schedule and facilitate applicant tests, interviews, and on-site examinations.
  • Validate test results and conduct background checks to ensure candidate fit.
  • Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and management teams on recruitment decisions.
  • Create and manage job postings across various recruitment channels.
  • Maintain and update applicant records in the recruitment database.
  • Respond to applicant queries and provide timely updates via email or other communication channels.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and other HR or recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with database management and record-keeping.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling HR matters.
  • Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving and process improvements.
